We believe in a culture of growth, where talent is developed, new ideas are embraced and collaboration is the key to success. /p h3AI Process Engineer at Delen /h3 pAs an AI Process Engineer within the Reporting, Analytics, Process Intelligent Data team, you play an important role in analysing, designing and automating data-intensive business processes. /p pYou translate process insights into smart, scalable and user-friendly solutions that increase efficiency, reduce risks and strengthen collaboration between the business and IT. With your structured approach, affinity for technology and strong focus on AI, you help make processes smarter, more measurable and future-ready. /p h3What will you do? /h3 ul liUse AI across process design, requirements and testing to programme fully automated, end-to-end business processes for reporting, data quality, analytics and data-driven decision-making /li liIdentify automation opportunities and translate them into concrete solutions with clear business value, using technology and AI /li liUse AI and smart technologies to automate processes, support decision-making and increase operational efficiency /li liDesign and implement process improvements in close collaboration with business stakeholders, analysts, data engineers and data solution architects /li liDevelop the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for AI interaction with the central data platform /li liHelp shape AI-supported solutions such as agents, copilots and workflow automation to make data more accessible and efficient, including for other AI applications /li liEstablish and monitor process KPIs, quality controls and feedback loops to make improvements measurable and sustainable /li liSafeguard process quality, compliance, governance and the correct handover between teams and systems /li liWork in an agile environment, with sprint planning, team alignment and continuous improvement as guiding principles /li liImplement and manage processes using orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow /li liDocument automations, decision rules and work instructions so that solutions remain easy to transfer and maintain /li /ul h3What do you bring? /h3 pYou have at least three years of experience as a Process Engineer or AI Engineer in a similar role within a professional environment. You combine process expertise with strong knowledge of automation, data and artificial intelligence. /p pYou also bring the following: /p ul liStrong experience in bprocess analysis /b, bprocess modelling /b and translating business needs into concrete improvement initiatives /li liExperience in the technical implementation and optimisation of bdata processes /b, and in building a bModel Context Protocol (MCP) /b /li liStrong knowledge of bAI /b and experience in applying technology to automate processes, retrieve information more quickly and support decision-making /li liKnowledge of bworkflow automation /b, process orchestration or low-code/no-code solutions is an advantage /li liAffinity with bdata /b, breporting /b and banalytics /b, and an understanding of how reliable bdata /b makes processes smarter and more measurable /li liExperience in documenting requirements, process flows, user stories and business rules, as well as the automated implementation of DMN and BPMN /li liAttention to bprocess quality /b, bgovernance /b, risks and auditability within a professional environment /li libStrong communication skills and the ability to build bridges between the business, data and IT /b /li liA genuine bteam player /b with a hands‑on mentality who enjoys collaborating, sharing knowledge and exploring new technologies to continuously improve processes /li /ul h3We offer /h3 ul liAttractive
