h3Function /h3 pWe're looking for an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Master Data Governance (MDG) Project Manager / Architect to join our client's team and help shape, optimize, and modernize critical SAP solutions supporting complex logistics and operational processes. In this role, you'll combine strong technical expertise with project leadership, guiding major changes, supporting existing and future MDG solutions, and facilitating the transition to SAP S/4HANA. You'll play a key role in ensuring that proposed changes are carefully assessed for business value, technical feasibility, and architectural alignment, while advising stakeholders on SAP best practices and sustainable solution design. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and coordinate major SAP MDG changes, enhancements, and implementation initiatives. /li liSupport current and future SAP MDG solutions, including SAP S/4HANA go-live preparation, transitional phases, and progressive rollout. /li liAdvise business stakeholders on MDG best practices, SAP capabilities, and appropriate solution approaches. /li liAnalyze change requests critically and develop conceptual proposals for significant system improvements and modernization projects. /li liTroubleshoot issues, coordinate resolution activities, and prepare detailed technical specifications. /li liPerform functional unit testing of enhancements and coordinate post-go-live hypercare planning and support. /li liManage project planning, budgeting, stakeholder alignment, and governance activities throughout the project lifecycle. /li liTranslate complex technical concepts into clear, practical recommendations for business stakeholders. /li /ul h3The Ideal Candidate /h3 ul liAt least 4 years of proven experience in SAP MDG and master data development. /li liExperience with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations involving SAP MDG or master data management. /li liAt least 4 years of project management experience in MDG projects, including a minimum of 3 years in budgeting and project planning. /li liHands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA MDG, mass changes, SAP UI5, Floorplan Manager (FPM), and BRF rules. /li liExperience establishing at least one RACI matrix. /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users. /li liFluent in Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3Additional Skills That Will Set You Apart /h3 pExperience with Central Governance, Data Replication Framework (DRF), data consolidation, ABAP Object-Oriented programming (ABAP OO), and SAP workflow configuration will be considered a strong asset. Candidates who can demonstrate relevant project achievements, extensive hands-on expertise, and a structured approach to delivering complex SAP solutions will stand out.
