pbWe are seeking a Senior IT Strategy Analyst to join our team in Brussels. The role will lead end‑to‑end management of Microsoft contracts and digital workplace initiatives, working closely with management and suppliers. /b /ppbKey responsibilities /b /pullipbManage the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement, including true‑up, renewal, license optimization, audit positioning, and financial reporting. /b /p /lilipbOversee contractual relationships and performance of Digital Workplace partners, ensuring SLA compliance, governance, and roadmap delivery. /b /p /lilipbLead Digital Workplace Services market renewal project: draft specifications, analyze offers, define sourcing strategy, and transition to new providers. /b /p /lilipbDefine and implement Software and Hardware Asset Management processes, tools, and governance to ensure license compliance. /b /p /lilipbSupport IO operating model design by mapping processes, analyzing roles, assessing organizational impacts, and preparing workshops for management decisions. /b /p /li /ulpbRequired qualifications /b /pullipbProven experience in Microsoft licensing (EA, M365, Power Platform, Copilot, LTSC) and contract management. /b /p /lilipbStrong ability to draft and defend market documents such as specifications, RFI/RFP, and bid analyses. /b /p /lilipbDemonstrated enterprise‑architect perspective connecting contracts, processes, organization, and technology. /b /p /lilipbExcellent negotiation, governance, and stakeholder management skills with senior leadership and suppliers. /b /p /lilipbMinimum 5 years of experience in IT strategy, asset management, or related fields. /b /p /li /ulpbNice to have /b /pullipbExperience in public sector IT projects. /b /p /lilipbKnowledge of operating model design and digital transformation strategy. /b /p /lilipbRelevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or ITIL. /b /p /li /ul
