This is a place where we value trust and high performance, and we'll provide the environment and support needed for you to excel /ph3About the Role /h3pA crucial support role within the second line of defense, responsible for the day-to-day execution, tracking, and auditing of local risk and compliance controls. /ph3Responsibilities: /h3h3Core Risk Management Internal Controls /h3ulliExecute day-to-day risk and compliance monitoring and control testing, reporting key findings directly to the Head of Risk Compliance. /liliLead second-line oversight of Operational Risk and Internal Controls, with a heavy focus on ICT Risk oversight under DORA regulations, outsourcing and Safeguarding. /liliTrack and drive remediation actions arising from internal audits, regulatory findings, and external reviews. /liliSupport the local implementation and embedding of group risk and compliance policies across the Belgian entity. /li /ulh3Regulatory Governance Policy Ownership /h3ulliOwn and maintain the Belgium Regulatory Reporting Calendar to ensure timely regulatory submissions. /liliContribute to global compliance policies while drafting and owning Belgium-specific addenda /liliPerform continuous regulatory horizon scanning for new or amended regulations across the EEA, assessing their impact and adapting existing control frameworks accordingly. /li /ulh3Domain Compliance Conduct /h3ulliEnsure compliance with EU Funds Transfer Regulations (EU 2015/847), consumer protection standards, and conduct of business requirements (including marketing material reviews). /liliConduct second-line oversight and manage regulatory reporting related to safeguarding funds. /liliManage local whistleblower complaints and protection mechanisms, including investigations into ML/TF matters, misuse of group resources, or internal policy breaches. /li /ulh3Skills /h3ulliSolid understanding of control testing methodologies, compliance auditing, and gap analysis. /liliHighly methodical with excellent organizational, record-keeping, and tracking skills. /liliFoundational understanding of DORA, and operational resilience. /li /ulh3AI Literacy Tools /h3pAs Zepz continues to build AI into how we work, we expect everyone to engage with it as a core part of their role.
