Senior Data Quality Consultant

pFor one of our fast growing practices, we are looking for a Senior Data Quality Consultant. /p pDo you have 5 to 8+ years of experience in supporting data (quality) initiatives And acting as a trusted data advisor at our clients? And the prospect of helping to grow a company that believes in together creating an impact with qualitative data at our customers sounds good? /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 pWe are looking for a Senior data quality consultant who can lead data quality initiatives end-to-end, from strategy through adoption, and act as a trusted advisor to our clients. You will play a key role in shaping data quality strategies, driving implementation and ensuring adoption across both business and technical teams at our clients. /p h3Client delivery: /h3 ulliLead data quality engagements from assessment to implementation and adoption /liliAct as the main point of contact for clients on data quality topics /liliTranslate business challenges into structured data quality initiatives /liliManage scope, priorities and delivery in collaboration with client stakeholders /liliAlign with the client on architecture and support them in decisions on needed infrastructure /li /ul h3Implementation /h3 ulliDesign and oversee implementation of data quality rules, controls and monitoring /liliEnsure data quality is embedded in data pipelines and lifecycle processes /liliProvide hands‑on support where needed (SQL, tooling setup) /li /ul h3Stakeholder management change /h3 ulliEngage with senior business and IT stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption /liliDrive data quality culture and awareness within client organisations /li /ul h3Your Qualifications /h3 ulli5-8+ years of experience in data-related roles (data quality, data governance, data engineering, data management) /liliProven experience leading data quality initiatives in client‑facing environments /liliExperience working across business and technical domains /liliExperience with data quality tooling (e.g. Collibra, Soda, Great Expectations) and familiarity with data governance tooling /liliAbility to guide implementation without needing to be the primary developer /liliStrong stakeholder management skills, strong communication skills /liliAble to balance strategy with execution. /li /ul h3Your growth path /h3 pDatashift is a firm believer in growing through its people.
