h3Job Responsibilities /h3ulliEnsure the operational stability and strategic evolution of the enterprise network. /liliManage IT incidents and service requests. /liliCoordinate project delivery with internal and external stakeholders. /liliContribute to SDA rollout initiatives. /liliContribute to legacy network initiatives. /liliSupport the design and implementation of secure network infrastructures. /liliSupport large campus networks. /liliWork on endpoint security, NAC, VPN, PKI and IPAM-related requirements. /liliSupport Cisco WiFi access point environments. /liliWork on IT and OT network segmentation where required. /liliHandle incidents in line with ITSM and ITIL practices. /liliTravel onsite to other client locations in Belgium when required for incidents or projects. /liliBe present at the client office up to five days per week, with the required on-site presence subject to change and communication during the assignment. /li /ulh3Must Have Skills /h3ulliMinimum 10 years of experience maintaining IT networks at an IT expert level. /liliMinimum 5 years of experience working within IT network infrastructure projects. /liliMinimum 5 years of experience supporting large campus networks. /liliMinimum 5 years of experience handling IT incidents. /liliMinimum 5 years of experience with endpoint security, NAC, VPN, PKI and IPAM. /liliMinimum 5 years of experience with Cisco WiFi access points. /liliMinimum 2 years of experience with Cisco SDA networks. /liliMinimum 2 years of experience with IT and OT network segmentation. /liliMinimum 3 years of experience with ITSM, IT Service Management and ITIL. /liliExperience in the design and implementation of secure network infrastructures in at least 3 projects. /liliCisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) certification. /liliWillingness to travel onsite to other client locations in Belgium when required for incidents or projects. /liliFrench or Dutch at C2 level; if French is C2, Dutch must be at least B2, and if Dutch is C2, French must be at least B2, English at C1 level. /liliStrong communication skills. /li /ulh3Nice to have /h3ulliExperience in successful projects involving collaboration with external partners. /liliDemonstrable experience working with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). /liliDemonstrable experience with public sector procurement. /liliExperience working in high-demand environments. /liliExperience working in the public transport sector. /liliKnowledge of cybersecurity. /liliExperience in creating network plans. /li /ulh3What's great in the job? /h3pGreat team of smart people, in a friendly and open culture. /ppNo waste of time in enterprise processes, real responsibilities and autonomy. /ppExpand your knowledge of various business industries. /ppCreate content that will help our users on a daily basis. /ppReal responsibilities and challenges in a fast evolving company. /p
