AI Engineer

h3Mission Overview: /h3 pWe are seeking an AI Engineer for a consultancy mission at a client site representing Keystone Solutions. In this role, you will build, test, and manage the technical components that make AI applicable within the organization. You will be responsible for implementing agents, retrieval solutions, model integrations, pipelines, observability, and platform building blocks, while supporting teams in applying these in concrete use cases. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liImplement AI services, agents, retrieval solutions, and API integrations. /li liBuild reusable components for model access, prompting, context management, evaluation, logging, cost tracking, and error handling. /li liSet up automated testing and evaluation sets for quality, reliability, security, performance, and cost. /li liApply CI/CD and MLOps/LLMOps practices for version control, deployment, configuration, monitoring, and rollback. /li liTechnically support sandboxes and proofs of concept. /li liPrepare AI for production according to architecture, security, and governance requirements. /li liSupport data and platform teams with privacy-safe test data, data flows, and connections to existing systems. /li liMaintain technical documentation, runbooks, and examples so that other teams can reuse solutions. /li liAnalyze operational issues and implement improvements based on logs, evaluations, feedback, and usage data. /li /ul h3Technical Competencies: /h3 ul liExperience as a software engineer, platform engineer, ML engineer, or similar hands-on role (5+ years). /li liStrong programming skills, preferably in Python and Java. /li liExperience with APIs, authentication, containers, and automated testing. /li liPractical knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, retrieval, agents, model APIs, and evaluation methods. /li liExperience with CI/CD, Git, infrastructure as code, observability, and cloud or container platforms. /li liAttention to security, privacy, documentation, and operational reliability. /li liKnowledge of the public sector, G-Cloud, or OISZ context is a plus. /li /ul h3Generic Competencies: /h3 ul liInnovation: You keep up with the latest trends and experiment with innovative AI technologies. /li liProblem-solving: You analyze complex issues and translate them into pragmatic solutions. /li liCollaboration: You work smoothly with colleagues from various disciplines (IT, business, security, architecture). /li liCommunication: You can clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. /li liAdvising: You excel in structuring, visualizing, advising, and guiding multidisciplinary decision-making. /li liResult-oriented: You monitor deadlines and ensure quality deliverables. /li /ul h3Selection Process: /h3 pAfter receiving the CVs, they will be analyzed, and a shortlist of 3-5 candidates will be created based on the criteria defined in the ProUnity contract. These candidates will then be invited for an interview where their technical and generic competencies, as well as their language skills, will be evaluated.
