Description

  • Respond to a range of customer queries about banking products and services;
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities, and either conduct a distance sale or set up an appointment for the branch network;
  • Propose solutions to optimize Service Center operations;
  • Participate in projects to improve existing processes by contributing creative ideas.

Profile

  • You are customer-oriented and service-minded;
  • You guide and advise our customers with a strong commercial sense;
  • You are comfortable on the telephone and have excellent interpersonal skills;
  • You are stress-resistant;
  • You are motivated and a team player;
  • You are willing to work flexible hours, including Saturday mornings;
  • You speak Dutch;
  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree.
