As our Total Quality Manager, you'll be at the heart of the exceptional quality that defines Neuhaus chocolates. Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll lead a passionate team and work closely with different departments to maintain our commitment to excellence.

Guide the journey of our chocolates from cocoa sourcing to the final presentation in our boutiques, ensuring the highest quality standards.

Fine-tune our food safety protocols, keeping certifications, including BRC, aligned with our commitment to quality.

Collaborate with Product Development to enhance and protect the overall quality of our chocolate creations.

Ensure compliance with customer expectations and regulatory standards in the unique context of the chocolate industry, partnering with Sales and Marketing teams.

Guarantee compliance with national and international regulations, specifically tailored to the chocolate industry, and maintain customer compliancy programs.

Foster internal support for procedures, standards, and systems.

Drive initiatives to enhance and strengthen procedures, standards, and systems.

TO BE

Hold a Master's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 8 years in a managerial role within the food or pharmaceutical industry.

Experience in managing quality systems like BRC specific to premium production is highly desirable.

Demonstrate leadership that motivates, combining strategic thinking with meticulous attention to detail.

Exhibit an entrepreneurial, flexible, proactive, and result-oriented approach.

Possess broad technical knowledge and proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SAP is advantageous.

Proficiency in either French or Dutch is preferred, with excellent proficiency in English.
