De komende jaren staan de Belgische kerncentrales voor heel wat ambitieuze, boeiende, nieuwe uitdagingen: van het garanderen van een veilige uitbating, tot het realiseren van de uitbatingsverlenging van Doel 4 en Tihange 3 met 10 jaar en de gefaseerde uitvoering van de ontmanteling van de andere kerncentrales. Energie is het vakgebied waarin jij je communicatietalent wil ontplooien. De energietransitie en de vele veranderingen die ermee gepaard gaan zie jij als een opportuniteit om proactief & creatief aan de slag te gaan.
Het schrikt je niet af om je te integreren in een technische omgeving en je bent altijd geïnteresseerd om bij te leren.
Je legt vlot contacten, zowel binnen de onderneming als in de buitenwereld, en je kan op een assertieve, respectvolle manier onze activiteiten naar de interne & externe omgeving toe uitdragen.
Je bent een creatieve duizendpoot die projecten kan opvolgen en coördineren, maar ook graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen steekt.
Een basiskennis van het Frans en het Engels zorgen voor een vlotte communicatie met de collega’s van de kerncentrale van Tihange en, waar nodig, met internationale stakeholders.
Jij voelt je met een communicatiediploma op zak, na een eerste werkervaring, klaar voor een nieuwe uitdaging.
Wat verwachten we van jou?
Je staat als Communication Officer de Communication Manager van de kerncentrale van Doel bij en ondersteunt hem/haar actief bij het uitvoeren en versterken van de interne en externe nucleaire communicatiestrategie op en rond de site van de kerncentrale van Doel.
Je houdt ervan om “in the field” te zijn, dicht bij de medewerkers, en kan dankzij je vlotte pen, creativiteit en affiniteit met traditionele en nieuwe mediakanalen beklijvende verhalen brengen.
Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuws en ziet proactief opportuniteiten om de communicatiedoelstellingen te realiseren.
Je volgt communicatieprojecten op van A tot Z, van conceptuitwerking tot vertaling naar een concreet plan van aanpak en de realisatie van de communicatietools.
Samen met je collega’s organiseer je interne en externe evenementen en bedrijfsbezoeken voor belangrijke stakeholders. Daarbij neem je zowel de praktische coördinatie als de ontwikkeling van ondersteunend communicatiemateriaal voor je rekening. Indien nodig, deins je er ook niet voor terug om het woord te nemen tijdens dergelijke events en met je stakeholders in dialoog te gaan over specifieke onderwerpen en projecten.
Je helpt interne klanten met de communicatie rond hun projecten en komt zelf met creatieve, pragmatische voorstellen.
Je ondersteunt de Communication Manager bij het uitwerken en actualiseren van interne procedures en communicatieplannen.
In afwezigheid van de Communication Manager kan je de operationele aansturing van de communicatiedienst overnemen en vervang je hem/haar waar nodig.
Je bent een teamplayer die belang hecht aan complementariteit binnen een team, open en constructief communiceert, onderling vertrouwen promoot en altijd bereid is mee te zoeken naar oplossingen.
Je bent flexibel en beschikbaar naargelang de noden van de dienst. Je kan je agenda goed beheren en duidelijke prioriteiten stellen.
