We are now looking for a Cluster General Manager to join our dynamic team here at Radisson Hotel Group and manage two properties in Antwerp; Radisson Blu Hotel, Antwerp City Centre and Park Inn by Radisson Antwerp City Centre. We are specifically interested in candidates who are fluent in Dutch, which is crucial for this role.

The Cluster General Manager Role
Our hotel management team are industry experts and recognised leaders with theability to prioritise a complex and hands-on workload, and who strive todeliver an experience that is beyond expectation - creating memorable momentsfor our guests.
• Our Cluster General Managers enjoy the challenge of running our show. It’swhat makes your heart beat faster
• You will balance executing and delivering the masterplan with a strategicfocus on guest experience, revenue generation and achieving commercial resultsfor our stakeholders
• You will work with Heads of Department to maximise business opportunities andbrand reputation, as well as ensuring adherence to legislation, due diligencerequirements and managing the hotel budget
• Reporting to the Regional Director, you will work proactively to ensure guestsatisfaction and the smooth running of the hotel
As Cluster General Manager , you will join a team that is passionate aboutdelivering incredible service where we believe that anything is possible,whilst having fun in all that we do
