Het Broker & Customer Services team staat in direct en continu contact met onze klanten en professionele partners. In deze context speelt de Operations Expert een belangrijke rol om de manager bij te staan in de positieve ontwikkeling van de commerciële relatie met onze partners en klanten.

De functie van Operations Expert bestaat erin de manager van het Broker & Customer Services team bij te staan in een reeks heel uiteenlopende taken. Eerst en vooral is hij/zij een heel sterk in het administratieve verwerken van allerhande aanvragen van klanten en makelaars. Hij/Zij is bovendien het aanspreekpunt voor de teamleden bij complexe dossiers en helpt hen oplossingen te zoeken. Hij/Zij helpt de manager ook bij het opvolgen van (IT) evoluties, initiatieven ter verbetering van de efficiëntie en klantenservice.

Hij/zij identificeert verbeteringsmogelijkheden wat betreft de procedures, verbeteringen van de systemen, de organisatie van het team en de samenwerking met andere diensten van het Operations departement en met andere departementen (IT, EPP, Actuariaat, Legal, HR, Finance, Compliance, Commercial…).

ØBeheer van dossiers van A tot Z. Of het nu gaat over :

·Een offerte

·Een nieuwe zaak

·Dossiers in behandeling

·Beheer van medische inlichtingen

·Naverkoop operaties

·Inlichtingen betreffende betalingen

·Inlichtingen betreffende commissies

·Fiscale attesten

·Beheer van schadedossiers

·Behandelen en opvolging van klachten

·…

ØTelefonische en schriftelijke communicatie betreffende de hierboven vermelde onderwerpen.

ØContactpersoon zijn voor de Account Managers

ØBeheren van dringende, complexe en delicate dossiers

ØMelden aan het management van eventuele risico’s

ØEen drijvende kracht zijn voor verbeteringen aan onze processen en tools

ØOpleidingen en presentaties verzorgen voor collega’s

ØActief deelnemen aan workshops

Vereiste bekwaamheden
