Als lid van het Accounting & Tax-team, speel je een centrale rol in het ontwikkelen en implementeren van strategieën voor datamanagement. Je werkt mee aan het ontwerp en de optimalisering van de data workflows.
Je voornaamste taken:
Wijzigingen aan SAP-masterdata uitvoeren (bijv. rekeningen, klanten/leveranciers, interne bestellingen, materiaal, registratie van inkoopinformatie) die door de business zijn goedgekeurd; Boekhoudplan bijhouden (verschillende hiërarchieën en boekhoudnormen); Coördineren van het materiaal en de configuratie, validaties en het periodiek onderhoud van de master data producten finaliseren; Massa-updates uitvoeren; Deelnemen aan projecten en initiatieven in verschillende functionele domeinen en landen Met bedrijfseenheden en procesexperts samenwerken om problemen met de master data op te lossen; Datakwaliteit, compliance en consistenties van de masterdata waarborgen; De business ondersteunen met de vereiste procedures, incidenten melden en wijzigingsaanvragen indienen, indien nodig; Experten in bedrijfsprocessen bijstaan bij het definiëren van bedrijfsprocedures, standaard processtromen en aanverwante documentatie; Opstellen van en toezicht houden op beleidsregels voor grootboekrekeningen, masterdata Leverancier/Klant; Ondersteuning verlenen bij afsluitingsactiviteiten: technische activiteiten, afrekeningen, data-invoer (‘payroll’, GCV , enz.); Bovenvermelde activiteiten automatiseren, indien mogelijk.#ElectricalElectronicManufacturing #Oil&Energy #Utilities
Jouw profiel
Je hebt al ervaring met master data management in SAP; Je hebt meer dan 3 jaar ervaring met master data management bij voorkeur in internationale projecten/bedrijven; Je hebt sterke Microsoft Office-vaardigheden; Je kan thema’s uit uiteenlopende activiteitsdomeinen begrijpen en onderzoeken; Je bent analytisch ingesteld en een methodische probleemoplosser; Je kan op een efficiënte manier de prioriteiten bepalen en de stakeholders tijdig informeren over de vorderingen; FR of NL + EN; Je legt makkelijk sociale contacten en hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden; Je hebt een IT-profiel.#SAP #analytical #Payrol #IT #AccountingAuditing #DataManagement
