Als Group Information Security Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor informatieveiligheid op tactisch en strategisch niveau. In overleg met de IT-directeur en het hoger management stel je de strategie voor informatieveiligheid op en organiseer je de uitvoering van de veiligheidsmaatregelen. Voor interne en externe belanghebbenden ben jij het aanspreekpunt op het gebied van informatieveiligheid.
Functie
Beantwoorden van vragenlijsten over cybergereedheid van externe belanghebbenden Voorstellen, ontwikkelen en onderhouden van beveiligingsbeleid, richtlijnen en processen in lijn met de informatiebeveiligingsstrategie van de groep Organiseren van trainingen voor bewustwording van beveiliging en fungeren als het facto referentiepunt voor het beantwoorden van interne vragen over informatiebeveiliging Beheren van het ISMS-systeem en zorgen dat de inhoud up-to-date blijft Onderhouden van het cyberincidentresponsplan, trainen van het CSIRT en ervoor zorgen dat het CSIRT het incidentresponsplan op de juiste manier uitvoert Zorgen dat informatiebeveiliging de nodige aandacht krijgt binnen de organisatie en dat de algehele naleving wordt gewaarborgd Uitvoeren van beveiligingsrisicobeoordelingen en opvolgen van beveiligingsincidenten Zorgen dat u goed op de hoogte bent van nieuwe wetten en regelgeving en nieuwe bedreigingen op het gebied van cyberbeveiliging. U identificeert knelpunten of lacunes en stelt oplossingen voor.Jouw profiel
Je hebt een masterdiploma in computerwetenschappen/IT-technologieën of cyberbeveiliging Minimaal 10 jaar relevante ervaring waarvan 5 jaar in Informatiebeveiliging Je hebt ervaring in beveiliging en risicobeheer Je hebt ervaring met cyberbeveiligingskaders (NIST, CSF, ISO27001, CIS ...) Je hebt een certificering op het gebied van cyberbeveiliging of bent bereid om je te verbinden aan het behalen van de ISACA CISM-certificering Je bent een communicatieve teamspeler en hebt sterke organisatorische vaardigheden Je bent creatief, gemotiveerd, resultaatgericht en pragmatisch Je bent vloeiend in het Engels en NederlandsOns aanbod
