Als Site Technician word je een essentieel onderdeel van ons dynamische maintenance team, waar jouw technische vaardigheden en inzichten direct bijdragen aan de tevredenheid van onze klanten en de optimalisatie van hun installaties.

Jouw Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Technische Expert:
    Blijf up-to-date met de nieuwste trends en innovaties in HVAC en sturingsinstallaties en deel jouw kennis proactief met het team.
  • Onderhoud & Reparaties:
    Neem de leiding in het uitvoeren en beheren van preventief en correctief onderhoud, waarbij kwaliteit en efficiëntie voorop staan.
  • Klantinteractie:
    Werk nauw samen met onze klanten, begrijp hun behoeften en zorg voor oplossingen die de verwachtingen overtreffen.
  • Rapportage & Analyse:
    Monitor en rapporteer over de prestaties van de installaties en draag bij aan continue verbeteringsinitiatieven.
  • Veiligheid & Compliance:
    Zorg voor naleving van veiligheidsnormen en -protocollen, en bevorder een cultuur van veiligheid en verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Noodrespons:
    Wees altijd klaar om snel en effectief te reageren op noodsituaties en storingen, en zorg voor minimale downtime.

Requirements

  • Diploma.
    Je hebt een technische opleiding genoten, met expertise in HVAC en sturingsinstallaties.
  • Ervaring.
    Je hebt al enkele jaren ervaring.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands.
    Engels of Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Teamplayer.
    Je beschikt over de kwaliteit om je collega's te motiveren en samen met hen aan de slag te gaan.
  • Communicatie.
    Je hebt de vaardigheid om je ideeën, standpunten en boodschappen op een heldere, overtuigende en gestructureerde manier te communiceren naar verschillende stakeholders.
  • Empathisch vermogen.
    Je bent in staat om jezelf in anderen te verplaatsen en hun perspectieven en gevoelens te begrijpen.
  • Flexibiliteit.
