VOUS VIBREREZ AVEC NOUS
En tant que Data Analyst Business (H/F), vous intègrerez l’équipe Data Analytics & CRM au sein du département Stratégie & Marketing. Votre rôle sera de soutenir l’optimisation des performances marketing et commerciales en fournissant des enseignements et des outils d’aide à la décision basés sur l’analyse des données issues de l’activité d’Edenred. Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec les différentes équipes métiers et vous aurez un rôle crucial pour renforcer la culture orientée data de l’entreprise.
Vos principales missions consisteront à :
Collecter et traiter les données issues de sources variées et les analyser et interpréter pour en dégager des tendances et conclusions stratégiques. Soutenir la définition des plans d’actions et participer à l’identification des priorités business grâce aux learnings & analyses. Être force de propositions d’actions et de recommandations basées sur les analyses menées. Mettre en place le suivi des performances d’actions menées au sein de l’organisation et mesurer, suivre et communiquer leurs résultats. Participer au développement de l’environnement de reportings et dashboardings dans Power BI, en collectant et traduisant les besoins métiers, en définissant les KPIs et en aidant dans la validation des développements. Fournir un support aux équipes métiers dans l’utilisation et l’évolution des dashboards. Participer dans le développement et la gestion de nouveaux projets et nouvelles actions BI. Mener des analyses ad hoc pour soutenir les réflexions stratégiques ou répondre à des questions spécifiques. Être le point de contact principal pour répondre aux questions data. Participer à l’amélioration de la qualité et à l’enrichissement de nos données.NOUS VIBRERONS AVEC VOUS
Vous êtes issu(e) d’une école d’Ingénieurs ou de commerce ou d’une formation universitaire avec une orientation en mathématiques ou statistiques. Vous avez au minimum 3 années d’expérience dans une fonction similaire/vous pouvez présenter de sérieuses expériences similaires à la fonction proposée.
Vous vous reconnaissez dans le profil qui suit :
Vous avez une passion pour la data et vous aimez jongler avec les chiffres. Vous maîtrisez les méthodes et techniques statistiques pour l’analyse de data dans un contexte Business (pas IT), idéalement Marketing Vous avez de l’expérience dans les outils de visualisation et de reporting, type PowerBI. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l'Excel. Vous avez une solide capacité d’analyse et un esprit de synthèse et vous êtes capable de structurer des situations complexes. Vous avez l'esprit critique. Vous êtes rigoureux et précis et vous portez attention aux détails. Vous avez un esprit innovant et êtes intéressé par les nouvelles solutions de gestion de data et BI. Vous aimez travailler de manière autonome et êtes force de propositions. Vous maitrisez le français avec une bonne connaissance active de l'anglais. AUTRES DETAILS
Dans cette fonction, vous rapportez directement au Head of Data Analytics & CRM d’Edenred Belux Nos bureaux sont situés au 165 Boulevard du Souverain à 1160 Auderghem. Nous fonctionnons sur une base de 3 jours par semaine en présentiel avec une facilité de « home office » à raison de 2 jours par semaine, moyennant l’accord du manager. Le poste est à pourvoir en CDI, en full time.
