Description de fonction

Vous êtes à la recherche d'un stage passionnant, stimulant et varié dans le domaine du recrutement ?

Vous aimez le mélange entre l'analyse, l'élaboration de propositions, les tâches administratives et la recherche du bon candidat pour chaque poste vacant où le contact humain est essentiel ? Vous avez hâte de participer à divers processus de recrutement internes ?

En tant que stagiaire "consultant en processus de recrutement", vous aiderez concrètement vos collègues dans ces deux tâches importantes : d'une part, vous participerez activement à toutes les tâches liées au recrutement (recherche de candidats adéquats, tri des CV, invitations, entretiens et suivi administratif des candidats potentiels), d'autre part, vous aiderez à renouveler et à formaliser le processus de recrutement par le biais d'entretiens et d'analyses comparatives.

Vous ferez partie d'une équipe dynamique de recruteurs, soutenant la direction et en particulier les équipes technologiques, commerciales et orientées IT en matière de RH. Vous collaborerez également avec l'équipe Sourcing qui travaille sur l'avenir du recrutement.

Profil

Vous êtes à la recherche d'un stage en RH dans le cadre de vos études (bachelor/master) Vous parlez et écrivez couramment les langues nationales (FR/NL). Vous n'avez pas peur de contacter des candidats et des collègues. Vous êtes enthousiaste, ouvert, communicatif et vous avez l'esprit commercial. Vous prenez des initiatives et travaillez de manière indépendante.
