Jouw taken
Als Production Engineer voor onze Foundry ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse opvolging en verbetering van het productieproces van de pyrometallurgische raffinage:
Je zorgt voor de dagelijkse opvolging van het proces van de pyrometallurgische raffinage. Je stuurt het raffinageproces aan naargelang de beschikbare grondstoffen. Je neemt samen met het diensthoofd de verantwoordelijkheden over de installaties en de medewerkers. Je organiseert en leidt de medewerkers op. Je brengt het bestaande hoogtechnologisch productieproces in kaart via analyse van productie performantie parameters, proces anomalieën en bottlenecks en kwaliteits- en rendementsverliezen, aan te duiden. Je levert een hoogwaardige technische bijdrage aan de doelmatigheid en de kostefficiëntie van nieuw uit te testen processen en werkmethodes.
Jouw profiel
Je hebt een master Burgerlijk- of Industrieel Ingenieur Materiaalkunde of Chemie. Je hebt al een eerste ervaring in de process industrie. Je beschikt over een analytische geest en je denkt probleemoplossend. Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken. Je hebt affiniteit met procesinstallaties. Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels.
