Job Description

Hospitality Talents, a recruitment agency specialized in Hospitality profiles, is currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Commercial Director with Hospitality background to join the team of our client in Gent.

Your Mission:

  • Your role will be pivotal in shaping our sales strategies and driving business development. You will:
  • Support the creation and execution of the Sales plan
  • Build and nurture relationships with Key Account Directors/Managers
  • Seek new business opportunities in relevant segments
  • Utilize brand initiatives for revenue maximisation
  • Ensure appropriate sales structures and lead your team to success
  • Maintain strong relationships with brand Sales teams and adhere to brand standards
  • Evaluate ROI and prepare insightful reports and presentations
  • Actively cross-sell properties within our client's portfolio


Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or significant experience in sales and marketing or a related professional area
  • Experience in a multi-property or cluster hotel role
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
  • Several years of experience in a senior sales role with team management responsibilities
  • A business network within the Gent region is preferred

Requirements
