Group Travel Specialist (m/v/x)
Ben jij een geboren onderhandelaar en organisatietalent en haal je er voldoening uit om reizen, meetings en events tot in de puntjes te verzorgen? Hou je van intensieve klantencontacten en bezorgt een tevreden klant jou een glimlach om de mond? Hou je ervan om klantenverwachtingen te overtreffen en ken je de kracht van een geslaagde meeting, teamevent of incentive reis? Dan word jij misschien wel onze nieuwe Group Travel Specialist
Je werkt diverse type aanvragen uit: meetings, incentives, teambuildings, events,… zowel in binnen-als buitenland, zowel voor grote als kleine groepen. Door de juiste vragen te stellen ga je samen met de klant op zoek naar net dié locatie die perfect aan zijn of haar verwachtingen voldoet. De offertes die je uitwerkt kunnen zeer divers zijn: van flight only, private jets & charters, treinen tot in detail uitgewerkt incentives, meetings & events. Je werkt voorstellen uit van A tot Z en blijft het vaste aanspreekpunt tot na het event. Je gaat steeds voor de ‘extra mile’ en je onderhandelt met luchtvaartmaatschappijen, hotels,… steeds de beste prijs voor onze klanten. Je waakt over de deadlines die onze leveranciers opleggen en communiceert deze pro-actief met de klant. Kortom, je staat in voor een vlekkeloze organisatie, administratie, facturatie en logistieke opvolging. Je staat dagelijks in nauw contact en overleg met onze klanten en onze partners/leveranciers. Je maakt deel uit van een klein & hecht groepsdepartement die jou mee op sleeptouw zal nemen. Je neemt graag deel aan events, workshops, beurzen om op de hoogte te blijven van de hippe en trendy bestemmingen, venues, locaties, hotels, activiteiten,…

Je denkt steeds vanuit een creatieve, oplossings- en klantgerichte aanpak, bent stressbestendig en hands-on ingesteld
Je hebt ervaring in de MICE-wereld
Je combineert jouw creativiteit en zin voor vernieuwing makkelijk met jouw perfectionisme
Jouw leergierigheid en honger naar vernieuwing, out-of-the-box-denken, zijn de basis voor een geslaagd event, teambuilding of meeting
Klantvriendelijkheid en een positieve commerciële ingesteldheid zijn onontbeerlijk
Je hebt een vloeiende kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
Je werkt vlot met Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
Je hebt een goede kennis en ervaring in het werken via GDS (Amadeus & Sabre)
Je bent bereid om je regelmatig te verplaatsen binnen je regio
Je hebt een positieve ingesteldheid, een team attitude met een sterk aanwezige growth-mindset
