We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for one of our partners, leader in the facility management sector, near Zaventem.

Function:

- In collaboration with the other departments, you analyse the needs in terms of recruitment for the different teams
- Together with the Talent Acquisition team, you are responsible for boosting the employer branding and recruitment strategy to attract the best talents
- You are responsible for all tasks related to recruitment: writing and posting job offers on the most relevant channels, sourcing and screening CVs of various profiles, and you participate in interviews and/or other selection processes
- As an expert, you advise and guid the managers in terms of recruitment.

**Profile**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (or in the field of human sciences) and a first experience in the field of recruitment
- With excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, you also have a good knowledge of French
- Passionate about Talent Acquisition, you are familiar with basic recruitment methods: interviews, CV analysis, screening
- Sociable, assertive, and dynamic, you know how to adapt to different people and situations in order to meet the specific needs of your collaborators
