DE JOB
Als business analist identificeer je en werk je mee aan de beschrijving en optimalisatie van interne processen en neem je deel aan verschillende digitaliseringsprojecten om zo een efficiënte Care4Rail-dienstverlening te ontwikkelen die voldoet aan de behoeften van de klanten
Je analyseert (proactief) de noden van management en business en stelt de beste technische oplossingen voor om te implementeren om een klantgerichte service aan te bieden Je analyseert, identificeert en rapporteert proactief risico's, problemen, obstakels en opportuniteiten voor verbeteringen in bestaande processen en/of de ontwikkeling van nieuwe processen en IT-tools om de efficiëntie te optimaliseren, te moderniseren en te verbeteren Je biedt eerste- en tweedelijns ondersteuning aan eindgebruikers van SAP HR, Opentext, Omnitracker & digitale mailroom om vragen te beantwoorden en oplossingen te bieden voor hun problemen. Je zorgt voor de end-to-end opvolging van implementaties in SAP/Omnitracker/digitale mailroom/OpenText voor verschillende domeinen om ervoor te zorgen dat de ontwikkelde oplossingen overeenkomen met de behoeften van de klant Je monitort, evalueert en corrigeert indien nodig de gegevens in het IT-systeem door controles uit te voeren om de kwaliteit van de gegevens te waarborgen Je neemt deel aan verschillende cross-functionele projecten binnen Care4Rail met als doel de transparantie, efficiëntie, veelzijdigheid te vergroten en zo de dienst te ondersteunen bij het behalen van haar doelstellingen Je beschrijft de processen van de verschillende activiteiten van Care4Rail in samenwerking met de operationele afdelingen van Care4Rail en de verschillende afdelingen van HR Rail om de processen beschikbaar te maken voor alle medewerkers en de entiteiten.
JOUW PROFIEL
Je bent in het bezit van een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door een relevante ervaring. Als interne medewerker van de Belgische spoorwegen kan je ook solliciteren indien je een graad van rang 3 hebt.
Referentiegraad: specialist – NRP klasse 7 (contractueel) / adviseur – bureauchef (statutair)
