Function

Are you an analytical mind with a passion for numbers and financial processes? Do you want to contribute to the financial health of our organisation and work in a dynamic environment? Then we are looking for you As Prebilling Controller, you play a crucial role in preparing and monitoring our billing process. Join our team and help us provide the best service to our customers

Your duties:

Preparing Prebilling Reports: Generate and analyse reports to understand expected costs and revenues. Validation of Invoices: Review incoming invoices and ensure accuracy before approval. Cost Allocation : Allocate transportation costs to appropriate cost centres and track expenses by type and flow. External Communication with suppliers: Act as a point of contact for prebilling queries and work with suppliers to resolve discrepancies. Internal Collaboration : Especially with Operations/Planning, Purchasing and Finance departments

Problem-solving Ability : Able to respond quickly to challenges in the prebilling process with creative solutions.
