Functie
Je adviseert internationaal actieve ondernemingsgroepen met betrekking tot internationale fiscaliteit (vennootschapsbelasting). Dit zijn zowel Belgische ondernemingsgroepen met vestigingen in het buitenland, alsook buitenlandse ondernemingen die zich vestigen in België (‘Inbound investment’). In het bijzonder verricht je analyses inzake vaste inrichting problematiek, internationaal fiscale planning, bronheffing problematiek, BEPS-gerelateerde vraagstukken, interpretatie van dubbelbelastingverdragen, MLI, ATAD, enz. Optioneel kan je samenwerken met onze transfer pricing specialisten, innovatiefiscalisten (bijv. in het kader van rulingaanvragen innovatieaftrek, enz.) en/of ondernemingsfiscalisten (compliance en algemene ondernemingsfiscaliteit). Je bepaalt zelf hoe breed je wenst te ontwikkelen en/of te specialiseren. Je behandelt rulingaanvragen met internationaal fiscale thema’s. Je werkt samen met juristen, accountants, fiscalisten, payroll-medewerkers,… binnen Van Havermaet International in het kader van de multidisciplinaire aanpak van onze dossiers Je blijft voortdurend op de hoogte van wijzigingen in de fiscaliteit, in het bijzonder internationale fiscale wetgeving en rechtspraak. Je draagt bij tot de verdere uitbouw van het kantoor, algemeen maar zeker ook specifiek wat betreft het aanbod en de expertise inzake internationale fiscaliteit , je begeleidt jongeren en werkt nauw samen met directors en partners. Je werkt mee aan het opstellen van klantenseminaries, kennisoverleg binnen ons internationaal Morison Global netwerk, deelname aan buitenlandse conferenties en publicaties in fiscale vakbladen. Je werkt actief samen in de contacten met onze fiscalisten collega’s in het buitenland (in het bijzonder Nederland, UK en Duitsland). Je bent de rechterhand van ons hoogste goed: de klant.

Je genoot een masteropleiding in de rechten of een economische richting. Een specialisatie in fiscaliteit is een pluspunt. Je hebt minimum drie jaar relevante ervaring en beschikt over een ruime fiscale kennis.
