Bij Telenet zijn we georganiseerd in Circles & Tribes. Elke Tribe heeft een specifieke focus. De Base & Tadaam Tribe is verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële activiteiten van de flankermerken binnen de Telenet-groep. Als Tribe zorgen we voor de volledige commerciële organisatie, zijnde het werven van nieuwe klanten, het behouden van bestaande klanten, branding en campaigning, het ontwikkelen van nieuwe klantwaardeproposities, de omnichannel customer journeys en de technische implementatie op onze website en app. Om te zorgen voor een volledige focus opklantenwerving & -binding, breiden we ons team uit met een Product Owner Customer Acquisition.


Je verantwoordelijkheden als Product Owner Customer Acquisition

In het algemeen stelt de Product Owner (PO) het team in staat om de strategische plannen te vertalen naar teamdoelstellingen & Key Results (OKR's) door ervoor te zorgen dat de teamleden weten WAT ze moeten leveren en dat ze de waarde begrijpen: Je fungeert als servant leider en ondersteunt en stimuleert mensen proactief om zichzelf te organiseren . In nauwe samenwerking met alle belanghebbenden draag je bij aan een gezonde tribe- en teamdynamiek en lever je een effectieve, snelle waardestroom door: Het faciliteren van een geprioriteerde en gerichte manier van werken . Het maken van een backlog en het verfijnen van de prioriteiten en het aandachtsgebied, alsmede het bepalen in welke volgorde items moeten worden opgepakt (prioriteren) en het bewaken van de voortgang van de verschillende taken samen met de Scrum Master(s). U bepaalt samen met de Go-to-market managers de overkoepelende Go-to-market strategie voor BASE met een focus op het werven van nieuwe klanten zonder de impact op bestaande klanten uit het oog te verliezen. Daarna zorg je ervoor dat de backlogprioriteiten worden vastgesteld om de Go-to-market strategie te realiseren (binnen het team en buiten het team). Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de sales & activatiedoelen over de verschillende kanalen , op de korte en lange termijn. Dit houdt in dat je de acquisitiedoelstellingen voor BASE en de bijbehorende marketingbudgetten opstelt. Je valideert deze targets met het senior management en andere stakeholders. In de loop van het jaar volg je deze doelstellingen op en maak je indien nodig een herprognose. Je hebt kennis van media-aanpakken en metrics om de optimale opzet van de Go-to-campagnes te kunnen evalueren op basis van voorstellen van communicatiedeskundigen.
