As a Cloud Administrator, you will:
  • Be responsible for the assigned cloud services, providing 2nd and 3rd line support, investigating and resolving incidents and problems, and communicating solutions or advice to customers and users.
  • Contribute to the gathering, analysis, setup, design, and documentation of new requirements and change requests.
  • Actively contribute to relevant projects or service operations across Service Lines where integration is required.
  • Perform other duties as may be required.

What You Bring to the Table:
  • A graduate degree in Computer and Information Systems Technology or an equivalent qualification or professional accreditation.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud environment, including Azure Active Directory, VMs, DevTest Labs, Azure update management, Azure networking, Monitoring, Storage, Application gateways, App services, and Azure databases.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with Microsoft O365.
  • Experience with Amazon AWS cloud environment, including IAM, EC2, ALB, Cloudfront, Cloudformation, WAF, Monitoring, Storage, and Cognito.
  • Experience with Kubernetes clusters and Docker containers.

You should possess the ability to:
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to assigned cloud services, responding to service requests, investigating and resolving incidents and problems.
  • Contribute to the gathering, analysis, setup, design, and documentation of new requirements and change requests.
  • Actively contribute to relevant projects or service operations across Service Lines where integration is required.
