We will count on you to:
We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our team as a Trainee at Marsh BeLux. This traineeship program is designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of the insurance industry. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and gain valuable skills and knowledge in risk management and insurance:
Assist in conducting research and analysis on insurance products and services
Support the team in preparing client presentations and proposals
Collaborate with colleagues to develop risk management strategies for clients
Participate in client meetings and assist in providing insurance solutions
Assist in the preparation of insurance policies and documentation
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations
Contribute to team projects and initiatives
What you need to have:
Last year bachelor's degree in Finance & Insurance or 1st or second year master in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus, but not required
