In een snel evoluerende wereld moeten organisaties zich voortdurend aanpassen. In ons team Business Performance & Transformation helpen onze consultants onze klanten met de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van hun veranderstrategieën, ontwerp van organisatiestructuren, het modelleren van de juiste organisatiecultuur en coachen zij hen om antwoord te bieden op de steeds sneller veranderende business context in welke zij actief zijn.
Je zal mee verantwoordelijk zijn voor het ontwikkelen, uitvoeren en ondersteunen van change strategieën die zorgen voor een grotere organisational agility bij onze klanten en die leiden tot succesvolle business transformaties:
ontwikkelen van veranderstrategieën en het coachen van klanten in het realiseren van hun business transformaties, systeem implementaties en digitale transformaties; het identificeren en uitbouwen van de juiste organisatiecultuur die nodig is om de missie, visie en strategie van onze klanten te realiseren, het co-designen van cultuur- en leiderschapsstrategieën en het opstellen van actieplannen; het vertalen van operationele modellen naar de juiste organisatiestructuren en governance.

Welke kennis en ervaring verwachten we van jou?
Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in gelijkaardige rollen. Je bent luistervaardig, empathisch en doortastend. Door deze skills te combineren ontdek je feilloos de kern van een probleem, en ervaar je geen problemen in het maken van de vertaalslag naar de context van de klant. Je werkt graag op een oplossingsgerichte en creatieve wijze. Je beschikt over excellente coaching skills en je voelt je daarenboven comfortabel bij het werken in een complexe omgeving.
