The Job

Als marketingstrateeg ben je de ruggengraat van onze projecten. Jouw superkracht is het begrijpen van de diepste verlangens van onze klanten en het moeiteloos omzetten van hun ideeën in heldere, overtuigende plannen. Als ultieme teamspeler bouw je moeiteloos bruggen tussen de klant en de performance marketeer, ontwerper of art director en onze social media-experts/tekstschrijvers, zodat zij de visie omarmen die jij aan de klant hebt verkocht.

Bereid je voor op een spannende rit als strateeg voor A-merken in verschillende sectoren (Nestlé, Colruyt, Pierre Fabre, ...) Jij bent het brein achter het binnenhalen van bestaande klanten en het verleiden van potentiële nieuwe klanten; met een verbluffende slideshow in co-creatie met ons copy- en designteam en geweldige presentatievaardigheden laat je ze smeken om een 'GO'

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

Een van je belangrijkste taken is het opstellen van strategische plannen en het bewaken van de implementatie ervan. Blijf op de hoogte van de trends en geef inspiratiesessies aan onze klanten, voer audits uit van bestaande strategieën en stel strategische implementatieplannen op voor je strategiecollega's. Pitch nieuwe digitale aanbiedingen aan bestaande klanten. Samenwerken met klanten om inzicht te krijgen in hun bedrijfsdoelstellingen, doelgroep en concurrentielandschap. De brug zijn tussen onze klanten en de digitale marketingexperts, hen ondersteunen bij de implementatie van hun strategieën.

Kwalificaties en vaardigheden
Min. 5 jaar als marketingstrateeg of minimaal 7 jaar ervaring als digitale marketeer

 Je hebt een grondige kennis van digitale marketingkanalen, trends en alles wat met reclame te maken heeft. Kennis van ATL is een pluspunt. Je hebt uitstekende storytelling-capaciteiten. Je loodst de klant / je team door een voorstel dat zowel performant als creatief is. Je weet hoe je persona's of een customer journey moet definiëren op basis van een briefing Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden en bent in staat om gegevens te interpreteren en bruikbare inzichten af te leiden Je creëert of zet zelf geen projecten op, maar een allround kennis van online marketing (SEO, SEA, Social Media, Korte Video Content, etc.) is essentieel om je team aan te sturen Vloeiend Nederlands & Engels, Frans is een pluspunt
