Wat ga je doen?

Als Communication & Employer Brand Marketeer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vormgeven en uitdragen van ons werkgeversmerk, zowel extern als intern. Je ontwikkelt strategieën om toptalent aan te trekken én betrokkenheid van medewerkers te vergroten. Je leidraad hiervoor zijn de waarden en strategie van onze organisatie. Ons merk laten uitblinken in een competitieve arbeidsmarkt doe je door onze cultuur om te zetten naar authentieke en sterke content voor onder andere onze social media kanalen en jobsite.

Hiervoor combineer je een marketing instinct met sterk stakeholder management: je bent een spilfiguur tussen alle stakeholders en weet de verschillende partijen te enthousiasmeren om een cultuur te creëren die de waarden vertegenwoordigt en uitdraagt. Je bent bovendien op de hoogte van de trends op de arbeidsmarkt en ondersteunt je collega’s van HR bij het opstellen van acties om toekomstige medewerkers aan te trekken. Dat doe je door onze cultuur om te zetten naar authentieke en sterke content voor onder andere onze social media kanalen en jobsite.

Voor onze interne communicatie ontwikkel en implementeer effectieve communicatiestrategieën om werknemers op alle niveaus van de organisatie te informeren, te betrekken en op één lijn te brengen rond onze waarden en cultuur. Je maakt boeiende en relevante inhoud voor interne kanalen, zoals nieuwsbrieven, intranet, e-mails en andere communicatieplatforms.
Niet alleen intern, ook extern schrijf je mee aan de employer identity. Samen met je collega’s van Marketing, maar ook HR, bedenk je campagnes om ons merkverhaal te communiceren. Je waakt erover dat onze EVP (Employee Value Proposition) terugkomt in al onze wervings- en aantrekkingsinitiatieven zoals vacatures, jobbeurzen, sociale media en andere relevante contactmomenten.
Je hebt het al helemaal door: jij wordt een spilfiguur waar alle communicatie intern en extern om draait. Maar je weet als geen ander dat je succes niet alleen behaalt. Binnen het team Marketing schakel je je collega’s in om mee aan jouw verhaal te schrijven. En ook in de bredere organisatie weet je de juiste collega’s te vinden die samen met jou willen meebouwen aan een sterke brand en cultuur. Je bent met andere woorden de brug tussen vele afdelingen, regio’s en collega's.
Je komt terecht in een gedreven marketingteam van 5 personen. Rapporteren doe je aan de Marketing & Communication Manager.

Wie ben jij?
  • Je bent in de eerste plaats een teamspeler.
  • Je werkt proactief en autonoom.
  • Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bent creatief met taal, hebt een vlotte pen en weet precies welke woorden en zinsconstructies de juiste ‘tone of voice’ genereren.
  • Je werkt graag conceptueel, maar bent ook een doener die de operationele taken tot een goed einde brengt.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het uitrollen van employer branding projecten.
  • Je legt de juiste prioriteiten, kunt zelfstandig werken en durft knopen door te hakken.
  • Dankzij je sterke communicatieskills en stakeholder management creëer je buy-in binnen alle geledingen van de organisatie.

Opleiding: Je hebt een bachelor diploma.

Vakkennis: Je hebt reeds een eerste werkervaring achter de rug.

Talenkennis: Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans.
