Soft HR Specialist

As Soft HR Specialist your key responsibilities will be:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for several internal roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job ads to extending job offers.
- Conduct assessments and evaluate candidates' skills and experience.
- Oversee day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record maintenance.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide support to employees regarding HR-related concerns.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and other HR initiatives.
The skills we are looking for in our Soft HR Specialist are:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
