Ik zoek ondersteuning in het facility beheer voor een toonaangevend internationaal vastgoedbedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in het beheren en ontwikkelen van winkelvastgoed. Het bedrijf, is actief in diverse Europese landen en beheert een aanzienlijke portefeuille van hoogwaardige retail- en gemengde-use vastgoedobjecten.
Voor het Belgische kantoor, gevestigd in Zaventem, zijn er mogelijkheden op zelfstandige basis in het technische team.
Omschrijving
JOBOMSCHRIJVING
- Als facility manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks beheer en onderhoud van de vastgoedportefeuille over heel België
- Je zorgt ervoor dat alle faciliteiten, inclusief gebouwen, installaties en diensten, optimaal functioneren en voldoen aan de behoeften van onze werknemers en bezoekers
- Onderhandelen en beheren van contracten met leveranciers en dienstverleners.
- Toezien op de naleving van contractuele afspraken en kwaliteitsnormen.
- Opstellen en bewaken van het faciliteitenbudget.
- Je bent "the eyes and ears on the field" en werkt nauw samen met twee projectmanagers, samen ondersteun je elkaar
Profielen
PROFIEL
- Diploma in bouwkundige en technische opleiding, of relevante ervaring in facility management, …
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in facility
- Sterke organisatorische en coördinerende vaardigheden
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel het Nederlands als het Frans; Engels is een pluspunt
- Proactieve en probleemoplossende instelling
- Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving inzake faciliteitenbeheer en veiligheid
