Functie
Als Procurement Business Process Analyst heb je een essentiële rol in het verbeteren van de activiteiten en resultaten van onze “Procure to Pay”, “Source to Contract”, en “Supplier Relationship Management” processen en daarnaast ook de “Procurement Controlling” activiteiten in onze 5 vestigingen. In jouw rol zal je (kleine en grote) projecten leiden en uitvoeren die bijdragen tot de optimalisatie van deze processen en dit in nauwe samenwerking met het aankoopteam. Je ondersteunt bij de verdere optimalisatie en/of implementatie van tools en systemen m.b.t. leveranciers- en risico management en aankoop rapportering. Je neemt ook een groot gedeelte van de aankoop rapportage voor je rekening in nauwe samenwerking met de Group Procurement Manager.
Taken:
• Je coördineert en begeleidt de implementatie van de gekozen e-procurement tools en proces verbeteringen, resulterend uit het transformatie project “Prometheus”. Hiervoor ontwikkel je jezelf tot specialist, coördinator en eerste aanspreekpunt voor de Vynova organisatie.
• Je werkt zelf actief en projectgewijs aan verdere verbeteringen, je analyseert en vertaalt de toekomstige behoeften m.b.t. PtP (procure-to-pay) en StC (source-to-contract) en SRM (supplier relationschip management) processen en werkt hiervoor nauw samen met de Business Process Owner(s) voor goedkeuring van de individuele businesscases en het implementatieplan. De initiële focus ligt op:
o Een rapportagedashboard opbouwen op basis van KPI’s
o Meten en rapporteren van aankoopresultaten
o Ontwikkelen en verbeteren van procesbeschrijvingen en -procedures
o Werken aan de verdere standaardisering en consolidatie van processen
o Ondersteuning van de implementatie van geavanceerde
(e-)procurement tools en de verdere uitwerking van het digitalisatie plan
• Je implementeert en coördineert wijzigingen binnen de processen en documenteert deze wijzigingen om een succesvolle implementatie te realiseren die voldoet aan de eisen. Je werkt nauw samen met de IT-organisatie om ervoor te zorgen dat de processen worden ingebed in de systeemprocedures;
• Je initieert, beheert en volgt projecten op en garandeert dat het project wordt gerealiseerd binnen de kwalitatieve en budgettaire normen, rekening houdend met de beschikbare tijd en middelen Je gebruikt hiervoor, bij voorkeur, de Vynova Excellence / Lean Six Sigma methodologie;
• Je blijft op de hoogte van de evoluties en ontwikkelingen op het vlak van IT-toepassingen om je expertise up-to-date te houden;
• Je werkt nauw samen met de Group Procurement Manager om een rapporteringsstructuur te ontwikkelen voor de rapportering van de procurement resultaten en KPI's, via voornamelijk dashboards.
• Je gaat relaties aan met belangrijke stakeholders en interne klanten en onderhoudt deze.
• Je houdt alle documentatie van processen, wijzigingseisen en projecten up-to-date;
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het naleven van richtlijnen en regels rond VGM en ISO (ISO , ISO , ISO , …); Je ondersteunt het team bij interne audits en audits van aangemelde instanties.
• Je rapporteert aan de Group Procurement Manager Indirect & Raw Materials.
Profiel
• Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma in een economische richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Je hebt 3 à 5 tal jaar ervaring in procurement processen;
• Je hebt idealiter ervaring opgedaan als Strategic Buyer of Category Manager in een internationale context en bent vertrouwd met PtP (Procure to Pay), S2C (Source to Contract) en SRM ( Supplier Relationship Management) processen en procedures;
• Je hebt een goede kennis van SAP en MS Office. Kennis van e-procurement tools is een pluspunt;
• Je stimuleert innovatie en weet anderen te overtuigen van je aanpak;
• Kennis van de Excellence / Lean Six Sigma methodologie, PRINCE2 is een voordeel;
• Je hebt een sterk business & analytisch inzicht en hebt stevige project management- & proces improvement skills alsook ervaring in business controlling (KPI’s);
• Je werkt graag met mensen en motiveert je projectleden om samen te werken in je project(en);
• Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Engels & Nederlands. Kennis van Duits en/of Frans is een pluspunt;
• Je bent bereid om beperkt te reizen (voornamelijk naar onze andere vestigingen).
