Administrative Support

The Administrative Support role will be temporarily for 24 months to support the Operations team in Gent.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a truly international environment, expand your knowledge and gain valuable insights into international trade, powersports industry environment, and challenging logistics and shipping processes.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO DO:

•General administration, print and dispatch of documents such as COC, DOC, Electronic COC …) related to finished units & follow up of dealer cases.

• Daily extraction of shipping data, printing specific documents per market, prepare deliveries, and send the documents to the concerned dealers.

• Warehouse stock count administration and reporting

• Follow up on questions concerning documents through salesforce case management.

• Assist logistical team colleagues and provide backup when needed.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

•Fluent in English, with a good knowledge of Dutch

• Secondary School with experience in administration or bachelor’s degree

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and knowledge of SAP are an asset.

• Service minded and result oriented.

• Can work independently as well as in team.

• Works accurately and structured.
