**The Role**:
As an Office & Events Viking you make sure everything in the office works like a charm. You are the glue between our company and our suppliers. You also organize internal events and celebrations with much enthusiasm.
Your job also includes managing the company’s social media and representing our great place to work to the outside world. You’ll assist your HR colleagues when necessary, ‘cause you’re the teamplayer we’re looking for

**Your Responsibilities would be**:

- **Administrative Support**: Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
- **Facility Management**: Oversee the maintenance of office equipment, supplies, and the physical office space.
- **Budget Management**: Handle office budgets, including ordering supplies and managing vendor relationships.
- **Health and Safety**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including managing emergency procedures and workplace safety.
- **Event Planning**: Organize company events, meetings, managing and book trainings and other gatherings.
- **Social Media**: Managing our company social media pages
- **Onboarding**: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

- Who already has experience organizing small events
- Who knows how to portray Mobile Vikings as a company on social media and other events such as job fairs, networking events, external talks,
- Who is the connection between the company and our suppliers
- Who works accurately and has strong administrative skills
- Who is a fixer, both in terms of getting things repaired like a broken light or a running toilet, but also in terms of ordering the right amount of caffeine and more healthy alternatives.
- Who is practical, flexible, and always happy to help
- Who has great communication skills but can work autonomously as well Who is able to organize, structure, and prioritize tasks independently; Of course, you can always count on your HR-colleagues to help you along the way/get you started
- Who has a proactive and positive attitude
- Who is fully proficient in Dutch and English
- Who, after reading all this, says “This is it”
