As Account Manager for West Europe you will play a key role in supporting, coaching, training our Distributors and aligning them to the company’s strategy. Your role is to assist our Distributors in driving sales in the different markets of the Western Region (France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg and Switzerland). You are acting as a Customer Success Specialist with the focus on a good relationship management with the Distributors. You are available on a full time base (39 hours/week) and will work from our office in Brussels, Belgium.
Being an account manager includes the following responsibilities, amongst other:
Create a strong relationship with our Distributors, to help them to reach their objectives Properly handle phone calls and written correspondence providing the best possible service to the Distributors, which includes:Building and maintaining a good, trustful relationship with our DistributorsSolving problems and concerns in a timely and effective mannerTrain and coach the Distributors on the usage of our tools Represent the company during Distributors, Corporate or external events by giving presentations in front of large audiences Be active on Social Media, mainly Facebook, by posting and managing closed groupsYour profile
A minimum of three years of previous work experience A previous experience in customer success is a plus Nearly native French plus a good level of English, a big plus if you master any of the following languages: Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese or Italian Good knowledge of MS Office, Canva or equivalent You possess an enthusiastic and energetic personality You are organized, punctual and customer-oriented You are a team player who also likes to work independently You are passionate about helping people You have strong communication and negotiation skills You have good presentation skills and can handle conference calls You are a social media savyyWhat we offer
