Our important client is currently looking for a Sr SAP Organisational Change Manager
for a 12-month contract based in Brussels. Day rate is negotiable.

Scope of responsibility
- Defining and delivering the change management deliverables in a project
- Assessing the change impact
- Drafting and implementing communication strategy and campaigns
- Drafting and implementing training strategy and plans
- Drafting and implementing sponsorship plan

RequirementsCritical/Compliance requirements (do not apply if not all fulfilled):
- Language skills: excellent knowledge of NL, FR and EN in written and oral factual and creative communications; and
- Personality: demonstrate that you take leadership for your area of responsibility; 
- Personality: demonstrate the ability to remain flexible while remaining structured; 
- Personality: self-starter, problem-solver, hands-on/pragmatic, passion for the client;
- Experience: +5 years of experience in Change Management in SAP transformation projects with a broad functional scope (at least 3 of the following areas: HRM, Finance, SCM,
MRO, CRM & After Sales, Procurement, IT) and multiple languages (NL, FR, EN); and
- Experience: +3 years of experience in Change Management in public sector and/or large companies (+20000 employees) in Belgium; and
- Experience: +3 years experience in setting up a Learning & Development programme within a large ERP implementation that also involved 3rd party implementation partners who were responsible for delivering change and training materials;
- Experience+ +3 years of demonstrable hands-on experience with ADKAR
