Hoe zal de job als Senior Tax Consultant/manager eruit zien?
- Je geeft heldere instructies over de aanpak van opdrachten en bespreekt specifieke boekhoudkundige, juridische en fiscale aspecten.
- Bij elke opdracht evalueer je de prestaties van junior en senior fiscalisten, herzie je operationele dossiers en voorzie je constructieve feedback om hun prestaties te verbeteren.
- Je zorgt voor de uiteindelijke controle van dossiers en rapportage voordat deze aan de klant worden overgedragen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve opvolging van diverse fiscale opdrachten, waaronder het beheer van klant- en projectgegevens in ons CRM-systeem, het opstellen van planningen en offertes, facturatievoorbereiding en het monitoren van klantbetalingen.
- Je voert klanttevredenheidspeilingen uit en rapporteert intern om de klantenbinding te waarborgen. Tevens ben je betrokken bij speciale opdrachten en identificeer je mogelijkheden voor andere diensten binnen het bedrijf.
- Je wordt verwacht gestructureerd contacten te leggen met potentiële klanten/prospecten, hun behoeften te achterhalen en commerciële activiteiten uit te voeren. Op termijn zal je meer ondernemerschap op je nemen.
Jouw Kwalificaties:
- Minimaal 5 à 6 jaar ervaring .
- Expertise in vennootschapsbelasting.
- Commerciële vaardigheden zijn jouw tweede natuur. Je onderhoudt regelmatig klantrelaties, stelt gerichte vragen om extra opdrachten te verwerven en bouwt een netwerk op tijdens evenementen.
- Je kunt effectief een team leiden, zorgt voor opvolging en fungeert als coach om zowel technische als gedragscompetenties te verbeteren.
- Je staat bekend als een toegewijde en integere persoon, met oog voor kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid. Deadlines zijn voor jou een tweede natuur.
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal vloeiend en kunt je goed redden in het Frans en Engels.
- Je bent digitaal vaardig en hebt uitgebreide kennis van MS Office.
