Je bent de rechterhand van de Head of Transaction Banking.
De job in een notendop
Je belangrijkste opdrachten zijn:
De agenda van de staff van Transaction Banking coördineren en beheren. De business review van Transaction Banking uitwerken en coördineren. De projecten van de afdeling beheren. De uiteenzettingen van de TXB Townhalls uitwerken. De activiteiten van de teams van Transaction Banking coördineren. Bijdragen tot het uitwerken van de uiteenzettingen die worden gebruikt door Transaction Banking.
Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn
Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan indien je voldoet aan de volgende voorwaarden:
Je behaalde een masterdiploma of je deed gelijkwaardige ervaring op. Je bent goed onderlegd in het uitwerken van Powerpoint-uiteenzettingen, niet alleen naar vorm (lay-out) maar ook naar inhoud. Je beschikt over een goede kennis van de andere IT-tools Excel en Word. Je spreekt Nederlands of Frans, en je hebt een goede kennis van de andere landstaal en van het Engels. Je hebt oprechte belangstelling voor de wereld van Transaction Banking en/of KYC-KYT-AML en wil bijleren van de vergaderingen met het senior management Voorafgaande kennis van Cash Management/Payments, Trade Finance, Working Capital Solutions en/of KYC-AML is een troef. Je bent stressbestendig, want de werklast verloopt soms in pieken en dalen.
