**Transaction Services Sales Nordics (VP)**
Transaction Services Sales Nordics is part of the Corporate Clients Nordics team. Corporate Clients Nordics is responsible for the relationship management of corporate clients in the Nordics and Baltics region. The Nordic team has offices in Brussels and Stockholm, with the Stockholm office taking care of the client coverage in Sweden. This position is based in the Brussels office with frequent travel to clients in the Nordic region.
As a Transaction Services (TS) Sales professional you are responsible for growing the Daily Banking business and increasing profitability through the origination of new TS mandates within your Wholesale Banking (WB) client portfolio. An energetic individual with drive and a thorough understanding of the TS products & solutions and Treasury Operations, owning and managing prospect deals until signing of the mandate.
The TS Sales professional sells the full suite of TS solutions across the network for PCM and Trade. This means all products in the TS domain, i.e., Payments & Cash Management, Liquidity Management, Supply Chain Finance, Receivable Finance, bank guarantees, L/Cs, etc.
**Tasks **&** Responsibilities**
- You will be responsible for generating new TS share of wallet deals with existing clients as well as with new clients
- You will deliver on challenging but specific revenue targets and client profitability within the ING risk framework and appetite
- You will manage end-to-end the pre-lead, pitching and proposal process effectively and efficiently in combination with your colleagues from the TS Cash and TS Trade Advisory & Structuring teams where needed
- You will be responsible for improving and maximising the cross-buy of TS Solutions
- You are a trusted advisor to your clients and work closely with key internal colleagues/stakeholders like PAM/LAM, TS Sales colleagues in the network, the Cash and Trade Advisory & Structuring teams as well as Trade Operations, Client Services, Implementation Management, and the TS Product teams
- You will be responsible for operating under our KYC guidelines
- You will attend (client) events to position the ING TS value proposition and keep informed on key trends
- Willing to travel on a frequent basis to the Nordics
**Education **&** Experience**
- Master’s degree in Economics or comparable degree, preferably in Economics, Accounting or Finance
- Excellent commercial skills and able to excel in originating TS sales
- At least 7 years relevant work experience in Transaction Services (Cash and Trade)
- You have an in-depth understanding of Cash and Trade solutions for complex clients.
- Experience with KYC related processes
- At ease with managing time-sensitive projects with many stakeholders
- Fluent in English; a Nordic language is an asset
