**Job Title**:Client Services Agent Transaction Processing

Euroclear Bank Asset Servicing Operations, and its 500 colleagues based in Belgium, Poland and Hong Kong, are at the heart of what is happening in the capital markets. Whenever an issuer decides to raise funds on the capital market, it selects an Agent or a Lead Manager, i.e. financial institution to which it grants the mandate to place such instrument on the market, targeting the investors.
Our New issues teams act as a ‘gateway to Euroclear’, an access point throughout which issuers effectuate the connection with the investors base. During the lifecycle of an instrument when the issuer pays some interests, dividends or reimburses the loan, our Income teams come into force and are responsible for the correct information provision and processing of such payments to the investors.
Should the issuer decide to restructure its debt, change something in the initial terms and conditions of the security, organize a meeting with all investors or merge with another company, our Corporate Actions teams will be actively involved to meet the issuers needs. Our Taxes teams are also ensuring that all the fiscal regulations imposed on issuers and investors are properly reflected and reported.
Finally the work of all our colleagues is safeguarded by our Reconciliation and Investigation teams who ensure a daily reconciliation of the assets and movements performed by our networks of agents and clients. As we are in a world that is evolving fast we also have Business Analytics and Innovation & Transformation teams that help us going through changes and preparing ourselves for the future.
The Client services team across Operations is responsible for delivering cash or securities operations servicing clients and may concentrate on a specific aspect of the business ( transaction processing, asset servicing, collateral, funds, banking, reconciliation, investigations...). They may also lead or contribute to projects or initiatives in the areas of operational efficiency, risk, quality, regulatory and strategy.
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- The team member is reponsible to:
- Follows Standard Operating Procedures, raising deviations and contribute to deliver agreed KPI's
- You act as a central contact point (e.g. preferred) in responding to their inquiries for a key client or a group of clients and has a basic knowledge of their preferred clients business.
- You are able to participate to a client visit in terms of contributing to the discussion/presentation.
- You raise wishes of their clients in their own domain.
- You work on small initiates in Client Service such as those in relation to service and quality analysis, call efficiency, etc
**Qualifications**:
- You are fluent in English (at least C1 level required)
- You are client oriented and have good communication skills
- You feel highly comfortable working on the phone
- You are assertive while correctly balancing client and company interests
- You are risk aware and you pay attention to details
- You work quickly and accurately ensuring high quality service
- You have good analytical and problem solving skills, enabling you to react fast
on client’s inquiries
- You are punctual and flexible in terms of working hours (special working
schedules between 9.00am and 7.00pm)
- Previous experience in a client facing role is an advantage
