Euroclear’s Collateral Highway lets our clients mobilise their collateral across borders, providers and time zones using our neutral and global open architecture infrastructure for collateral management.

Euroclear Bank is a long-established leader and innovator in Collateral Management and we are looking for experienced professionals to join our team of Collateral Account Managers.
Once shares and bonds are traded, the securities and cash need to be exchanged. That’s where Euroclear Bank comes in to ‘settle’ the trades. Every day, Euroclear processes around 200.000 transactions. At the very heart of our organization, the Operational Division is responsible for delivering premier settlement and related services to our clients. **Roles and Responsibilities**:
You will be largely responsible for:
- Supporting our international clients.
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with clients as well as gaining their trust and respect.
- Interfacing with Euroclear's Operations teams (Asset Servicing, Transactions Processing, Tax or Collateral) to solve problems and keep clients in the loop.
- Anticipating client’s needs and finding solutions within the indicated policies and procedures.
- Taking care of appropriate follow-up (timely, accurately) of all client matters.
- Ensuring proactive communication to all parties involved.
**Required Qualification**:
- One to two years of experience in a sales, business development or customer service role.
- Genuine team player.
- Strong proven relationship management and communication skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong client focus and can-do attitude.
