**CONTEXTE ET ENJEUX**
- Hermès Benelux-Nordics est une filiale d’Hermès International en charge de la distribution des produits Hermès sur le Benelux et la Scandinavie.
- Le réseau est actuellement constitué de:

- 7 succursales : Bruxelles, Knokke, Amsterdam P.C, Amsterdam Bijenkorf, Copenhague, Stockholm et Oslo
- 1 concessionnaire : Luxembourg
- La région est ainsi une mosaïque tant géographique, économique que culturelle : 7 villes, 6 pays, 5 langues, 4 devises, 3 filiales mono-magasin, 2 boutiques en Dept Store, 1 concessionnaire.
- Le poste est basé à Bruxelles.

**RATTACHEMENT HIÉRARCHIQUE ET MANAGEMENT**
- Vous rapportez au Directeur Général Hermès Benelux-Nordics et êtes membre du Comité de Direction.
Vous managez les Store & Area managers de la région ainsi qu’un Responsable des Opérations Retail, un Responsable Visual Merchandiser, un Responsable Expérience Clients ainsi qu’un Business Analyst.
Vous apportez le soutien de votre équipe du siège à notre concessionnaire du Luxembourg pour accompagner le développement de son activité.

**MISSION**
- Votre mission est de construire et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de développement Retail de la filiale, tant au niveau des ventes que des services offerts à la clientèle, en:

- garantissant un réseau de magasins attractifs, reconnu pour la qualité de son accueil
- animant les équipes de nos magasins pour recruter et fidéliser les clients
- optimisant et en fluidifiant les opérations entre front-of-house et back-of-house
- En tant que Directeur Retail, vous travaillez en proche collaboration avec le CODIR de la filiale afin de construire et de transmettre une vision ambitieuse et cohérente qui s’inscrit dans la durabilité et à travers tous les domaines de la filiale. Vous êtes en forte proximité avec le réseau, dans le respect des humains, des règles et valeurs de la Maison.
- ANIMER LE RESEAU AU SERVICE DE NOS CLIENTS
Le Client est au cœur de vos préoccupations et a fortiori, de celles de chaque magasin.
Vous challengez et accompagnez les équipes de vente dans la recherche de l’excellence en matière d’accueil, d’écoute et de réponses apportées.
Avec votre équipe du siège, vous accompagnez tout projets et actions destinés à améliorer le service, l’expérience clients, la fluidification des opérations. Dans ce sens, et avec l’aide du Responsable Expérience Clients, vous mettez un focus sur le développement d’un esprit de clienteling afin de créer et renforcer les liens avec les clients locaux.
Dans un esprit ouvert et créatif, vous suscitez et mettez en place les animations en magasin destinés à attirer de nouveaux clients et à fidéliser la clientèle acquise.
Vous suivez de près l’activité détail de notre concessionnaire et lui apportez tout le soutien nécessaire.
- CONSTRUIRE ET SUIVRE L’ACTIVITE COMMERCIALE
Vous participez activement au processus de construction budgétaire de la filiale et au plan stratégique à 3 ans notamment par la construction des objectifs de chiffre d’affaires, en collaboration avec le Directeur Retail Merchandising et le Directeur Financier, et la construction des budgets Retail en collaboration avec le responsable du Contrôle de Gestion.
Vous suivez tout au long de l’année l’atteinte des objectifs. Vous proposez et mettez en place toute solution permettant de développer l’activité en lien avec la feuille de route de la filiale ( animations commerciales, Editions, VM,)
Vous vous assurez du respect des procédures commerciales et des règles de sécurité, en collaboration avec le Contrôle Interne.
- ANIMER LES EQUIPES
Vous vous entourez d’une équipe de Store & Area managers compétents et proactifs. Vous établissez leurs objectifs annuels et les accompagnez tout au long de l’année.
En lien avec la Directrice RH, vous suivez les besoins en matière d’organisation et de développement des équipes, de recrutement, de formation, de gestion des talents, de politique de rémunération et de règles disciplinaires.
Vous visitez régulièrement l’ensemble des magasins de la zone, afin de vérifier leur bon fonctionnement, faire un point d’activité, traiter les sujets opérationnels et managériaux et dynamiser les équipes.
Vous développez les compétences et la cohésion des équipes magasin par tous les moyens : information, communication, partage des objectifs, échanges de bonnes pratiques et gestion des sujets difficiles.
Vous encouragez l’étroite collaboration de vos équipes support et des magasins avec le département Retail Merchandising sur tous les sujets liés à l’offre produit
