Fondée en en Belgique, la marque Quick fut la première chaine de restaurants de burgers du pays et reste depuis leader avec son célèbre Giant. Aujourdhui, lenseigne compte 79 restaurants en Belgique et au Luxembourg. En tout, près de 3. personnes sont actives sous lenseigne Quick dans les deux pays.
Les restaurants Quick sont gérés en Belgique et au Luxembourg par Burger Brands Belgium, en parallèle avec la marque Burger King.

Ta mission
Tu es responsable de l'organisation opérationnelle du restaurant pendant ton shift:
Toujours avec le sourire, tu assures un service rapide et efficace, tu réponds aux questions des clients et tu résous les petits tracas du quotidien. La satisfaction des clients est TA priorité numéro 1.
Tu gères une équipe de 10 à 15 personnes (motivation, répartition des tâches, contrôle du travail, formation...) et tu participes à créer de la bonne ambiance au travail.
Tu respectes et tu fais respecter les normes de qualité, d'hygiène et de sécurité.
Tu participes activement aux différents postes dans le restaurant: caisses, salle, cuisine (production hamburgers, frites et salades), bornes, drive, logistique.
Tu t'occupes quotidiennement de quelques tâches administratives du restaurant.
Quels sont les ingrédients à avoir pour faire le job?
Tu as de préférence une première expérience dans la restauration et/ou en tant que responsable d'une équipe.
Tu es responsable, dynamique et commercial(e).
Tu es organisé(e), résistant(e) au stress et toujours capable de trouver des solutions.
Tu es ponctuel(le) et flexible dans les horaires (du lundi au dimanche).
Tu disposes de ton propre moyen de transport.
