**The role is a Medical Operations Lead - Responsible for Information and Publicity (RIP).**

The role will support the Belux affiliate Medical Affairs team & Medical Director by coordinating & delivering allocated local medical operations activities.

The role reports to the affiliate Medical Director and dotted lined to the Regulatory Affairs Director.

The Medical Information Officer will report to the RIP.

Main responsibilities:

- Affiliate RIP accountable for material and external activities compliance with the policy, local laws and Code of practice.
- Ensure Promotional/Non-Promotional material reviews.
- Subject matter expert for RIP related SOPs, including SOPs maintenance, teams training and implementation.
- Approval on advertising projects.
- Oversees the training of medicinal representatives who visit healthcare professionals.
- Ensures compliances of regulations on samples.
- Responsible for the medical information provided on requests.
- Training of affiliate teams on Material review requirements and on technical implementation (Veeva) including maintenance of training material.
- Support affiliate Medical Affairs TA teams and Medical Director by coordinating local medical operations activities.
- Collaborate with Medical Customer Excellence and support affiliate Medical Managers and Medical Director to ensure Medical In field Excellence.
- Support Medical Director in ensuring medical SOP’s maintenance and implementation to ensure compliance the policy, local laws and Code of practice.
