We are looking for a talented student to join our People team that is interested in consulting, technology, marketing and business development, and has the ambition to grow within the company on a professional and personal level. This internship is primarily focused on the branding and communications domain.

Working at NTT

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Provide creative input on communication campaigns and strategy. Manage HR communications & events Active participation in go-to-market approach and strategy (company culture, job fairs, storytelling, identify opportunities) Collaborate with team members on cross-functional initiatives to gain exposure to different areas of internal communication Overall, participate proactively in all People initiatives and provide new ideas and improvements for ongoing projects

Knowledge and experience

Must:

You are proficient in English, both verbal & written Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Flexible, Ability to work as part of a team Enthusiastic and proactive and able to take initiative Hands-on, operational, able to think out of the box and be creative Technology savvy You are able to provide us with a University Agreement

Nice to have:

Dutch knowledge/ French knowledge Communication, Marketing Linguistics, Human Resource Management or Sociology master’s degree (completed or in process) Experience working with websites or blogs (i.e. Wordpress) Experience drafting visually attractive communications
