Your responsibilities will include:
- Material handling: Reception, verification and clearing of incoming shipments, preparation of outgoing shipments, contacts with transport companies and complying with quality and work procedures.
- Administration: Ordering spare parts + logistical handling, assist in handling service administration workflow, statistical reports on receipts, shipments, transport and related issues.
- Inventory: Handling of inventory and inventory levels, physical count and related issues.
- Warehousing: Maintenance of warehouse and equipment, providing good working situation of the warehouse.
- Office / building task: Provide service to other departments by manual help, other tasks as the need arises by the company.
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proficient in both national languages and knowledge of English.
- Knowledge of computer based administrative systems.
- Ability to capture vital information to fulfill the specific reporting and statistical tasks.
- Basic knowledge of the organization and products.
