As an administrative assistant you will be supporting the Service Center Team of an international company with the following tasks:

- Daily Management of the administrative work.
- Management and follow up regarding processing incoming and outgoing goods.
- Managing the stock.
- Managing the documenting and archiving of service documents following the procedures.
- Supporting in updating SAP for the activities.
- Managing the creation and follow up of Purchase Orders.
- Sorting, counting and packing of goods.

**Wat wij van jou vragen**:

- Experience in service administration and knowledge of warehouse execution.
- Good administrative and communication skills, verbal and written.
- English is a must, Dutch and/or French are a plus.
- Computer literate: MS Office, outlook, SAP. Excellent knowledge of Excel.
- Able to occasionally lift products and material.
- Able to work independently in a fast environment with little supervision.
- Able to be flexible and respond to situations at short notice.
