Description

  • Advice on various legal questions;
  • Assistance in the preparation of minutes of general meetings;
  • Coordination & assistance with the drafting of common corporate and other documents such as shareholder agreements, powers of attorney, (lease) contracts, donations, bank and hand gifts, various estate and succession planning tasks, agreements, simple transfers of shares & adjustments in share register, incorporations, liquidations of companies, restructurings such as mergers and demergers;
  • Statutory amendments in the context of company law reform;
  • Smooth communication and interaction with colleagues for whom assignments are performed;
  • Strengthening client relationships where your excellent legal knowledge of corporate law is definitely a plus.

Profile

  • You have a higher degree in Legal Practice or Law;
  • You already have a first relevant experience of 1 to 2 years, ideally in a notary's office;
  • A good knowledge of the Dutch language is a must, a basic knowledge of French is sufficient;
  • You can work independently and can handle strict deadlines;
  • You are a crack at corporate law and interest and/or relevant experience within taxation is an asset;
  • You enjoy following the latest evolutions in the relevant areas of law.
