Description

As an Account Manager, you will ultimately be responsible for both growing and servicing your own region of brokers:
  • You are the main contact person for brokers in your area of expertise in life insurance and provide the connection between brokers and the company
  • You (re)find potential new brokers and you convince them of the offer and the USPs
  • You guide existing brokers to deepen the relationship
  • You build a relationship of trust with your brokers
  • You give technical advice on products, provide training where necessary and support brokers in building and maintaining their own network. In short, you ensure that their return increases through close cooperation.

Profile

  • Your master's degree in an economics major is a great foundation for your career. Your first work experience in sales is optional
  • You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and a good knowledge of French
  • You are interested in the financial world (investment products, tax optimization, stocks, bonds) and you want to learn everything about life insurance
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and want to develop your own region. That also means you are fluent in networking, presenting, negotiating and connecting
  • Change doesn't scare you away. On the contrary A new region? New guidelines? New relationships? You adapt easily anywhere, anytime
